About ASEAN Academy
ASEAN Academy is an independent online test-prep provider for Singapore's MOE ASEAN Scholarship, run by two former ASEAN Scholars: Tan Qi, who teaches English, and Liam Wong, who teaches Maths. We prepare Sec 1 and Sec 3 applicants for the selection test (Maths, English and the General Ability Test) and the interview.
Why we started
We both came to Singapore on the ASEAN Scholarship. When we applied, there was no single place that explained it properly. We pieced it together from scattered pages and forum posts, and the selection test, especially the Maths paper, still surprised us.
So we built what we wish we'd had: a free guide to the whole application, and self-paced courses that follow the Singapore syllabus, taught by people who have sat the same test and interview.
