Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use aseanacademy.net or buy a course from ASEAN Academy (“we”, “us”). ASEAN Academy · Business registration in progress · Singapore. By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

• You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account or buy a course. A parent or guardian who buys for a child accepts these terms on the child's behalf.
• Give us accurate details and keep your password private.
• One account is for one student. Don't share your login — we may suspend accounts that are being shared.

A course purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch the course videos and use the course materials for your own study, until 31 October of the year after you purchase.

Bonuses described on the course page (such as GAT and interview preparation) are included at no extra cost for the same period. We may improve, update or reorganise lessons over time, but we won't materially reduce what you paid for.

Where a course is sold before all of its lessons are released, the course page shows the release schedule (currently: the full library by the end of November 2026). You get each part as soon as it is released. If we can't deliver substantially all of the advertised course within 60 days after the date shown, you can ask for a full refund even outside the normal refund window.

If you don't receive the ASEAN Scholarship, we'll renew your course access for free for the next selection round, as many times as this applies, provided that:

1. you bought the course yourself (or a parent or guardian bought it for you), and it hasn't been refunded or charged back;
2. you sat the ASEAN Scholarship selection process for the year your access covered, and weren't awarded the scholarship;
3. you are still eligible to apply in the next round (for example, by age and school level); and
4. you ask us within 60 days of receiving your result, at aseanacademyedu@gmail.com, with reasonable proof that you took part (such as the outcome email or letter).

The guarantee renews course access only. It is not a cash refund, and it isn't a promise that you will win the scholarship. The scholarship decision is made solely by Singapore's Ministry of Education.

Prices are shown in Singapore dollars and are the total you pay — there are no hidden fees. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees, which are outside our control.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. A full refund ends your access to the course.

All videos, notes, worksheets and practice papers belong to us or our licensors. You must not:

• copy, share, resell, upload or post them anywhere, including in group chats;
• record, download or screen-capture the videos;
• remove the name and email printed on downloaded PDFs; or
• try to get around our security or access other students' accounts.

If you break these rules we may end your access without a refund, and we may take legal action to protect our materials.

Our courses are designed to help you prepare, but results depend on each student's effort and on decisions made by the Ministry of Education. Apart from the renewal guarantee above, we don't promise any particular score, offer or scholarship.

ASEAN Academy is an independent tuition provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE), the ASEAN Secretariat, or any school or university named on this site.

We take care to keep the site running and the content accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the course concerned. This doesn't limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing aseanacademyedu@gmail.com. Closing your account ends your access and isn't itself a reason for a refund outside the Refund Policy.

We may update these terms. Changes won't reduce what you have already paid for. The version you accepted when you bought a course continues to apply to that purchase unless you agree otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at aseanacademyedu@gmail.com — most problems can be sorted out quickly. Otherwise, the courts of Singapore (including the Small Claims Tribunals) will have jurisdiction.
